Otolo partners with top hospitality brands

Leading hospitality businesses take advantage of Otolo’s government-funded mentoring and coaching programme. ETM Group London, Flat Iron, Pizza Pilgrims, Red Carnation Hotels, Urban Pubs, Scoffs Group UK, Rosa’s Thai Café, Mercato Metropolitano, and MJMK are the latest businesses that have signed up to take advantage of Otolo’s European Socially funded six-month mentoring and coaching programme for their teams.

Liz McGivern Assoc CIPD, FIH, Vice President of People & Culture at Red Carnation Hotels, said, “At Red Carnation Hotels, we’re always looking for new and innovative ways to motivate and develop our teams. Otolo’s mentoring and coaching programme provides our teams with a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals that will help guide and inspire them towards long and successful careers in hospitality.”

Amanda Smyth, Head of People at Scoffs Group UK, commented, “Here at Scoffs, we believe in empowering our people and are constantly looking for ways to make them brilliantly happy at work. We’ve partnered with Otolo to provide them with this unique mentoring programme which will enable them to learn from real hospitality talent, who have more than likely walked in their shoes. No-one understands hospitality quite like those who already work in the industry, and there is no better way to truly inspire people. A programme created and delivered by hospitality guru’s, to the next generation of Scoffs hospitality heroes – it’s a no-brainer for us."

Kieron Bailey, Programme Director at Otolo, said, “January is the perfect time to take a step back and evaluate after a busy December. Now is the time to set goals for the year ahead and look at how you can develop your teams to improve their skills and retain their talent. Your people will always be the most important part of your business, and Otolo’s mentoring and coaching programme has been created to ensure your people excel. Get in touch today and join the incredible businesses we already have on board.”

Otolo’s digital mentoring programme for a sustainable hospitality industry is partly funded by the European Social Fund and is now taking applications to be part of the scheme.
