Each fortnight, host Saskia, chief of chatting at Otolo, will be inviting rising stars of the Gen-Z hospitality community into the Otolo Podcast studio to give us their perspective.

They’ll be joined by someone senior from the company they work for to give listeners a real view of perspectives between the generations. It’ll be refreshing, unique, playful, insightful, current and always honest.

Hospitality bosses and boardrooms commonly tell us what the industry should be doing for the younger generation or are saying how they don’t ‘understand’ Gen-Z. ‘Spilling the Tea’ is about giving those who don’t usually get the opportunity to give us their opinion, a voice.
