The Otolo Mentoring Programme is aimed at uplifting and progressing the future careers of hospitality professionals.
What’s expected from a mentor?
Up to two mentoring sessions per month for 12 months.
This includes 1-2 hours spent speaking with your mentee, 30 minutes before your call to create discussion points and 30 minutes post-call to review and provide feedback.
All calls should be conducted via video either within the Otolo platform on the PushFar system or using Teams or Zoom.
Getting started
Once you have applied by filling in the form below, we will contact you to arrange an online induction with our Otolo coaches. This will run you through how the 12-months will work.
