🖥️ A typical day at Otolo might look like:
- Working with our development agency and L&D teams to build our scalable technology offering
- Supporting the development of both front-end, back-end and server-side architecture development as well as managing databases, applications and APIs which feed into our core tech stack.
- Manage a small group of Kickstarter Software Developers on interesting projects and hackathons
- Developing our data and analytical reporting in collaboration with our Data Manager
- Ensuring data security and compliance

🚀 You should apply if:
- You are familiar with multiple front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (C#, Java, Python – Angular or React might be helpful too!)
- Familiar with “no-code” tools such as Bubble, AirTable & Stacker
- You’ll be the solo lead in the team – shaping your sprints and outcomes alongside developing our product roadmap
- You are experienced in developing desktop and mobile-based offerings
- Transparency is your default; we believe work gets done quicker and better when we collaborate as a team to achieve our sprints.
- You’re a problem solver with an analytical, entrepreneurial and positive mindset to help you get to the root cause of problems

As a growing start-up with an impactful and rewarding mission, we’re able to offer a salary of (50k-60k) + equity + potential pathway to Co-Founder for the right person.

🖥️ A typical day at Otolo might look like:
- Providing administrative and team support to many teams across the business including; Learning & Development, Marketing and Commercial
- Keep our systems up-to-date including CRM, LMS and various Trackers
- Producing PowerPoints and spreadsheets to represent a variety of data sources
- Scheduling Community, Mentor and Member Meetings/Events

- You’re a good communicator – you’ll be liaising with a variety of people across the business
- You’re good at managing your time – there is a lot to get done, you’ll be great at setting expectations
- You’ll be process-driven - driving processes as we scale
- You’ll be a self-starter – we move fast, you’ll be able to learn fast as we scale our operations

- Support our CEO and Executive Team in acquiring new customers, alongside supporting Otolo’s commercial and revenue objectives
- Exploring growth opportunities with our existing customers/partners - making suggestions on how we can best support their goals
- Forming new partnerships through networking and outreach
- Representing Otolo at a variety of events/careers fair to raise awareness of our mission and products

- You’re an analytical and creative thinker – you’re able to see between the lines and use your creativity to drive our growth
- You’ll be an effective communicator with the ability to inform and influence our current and future relationships
- You’re comfortable with Powerpoint and Excel
- You’ll ideally have worked in a start-up or rapidly changing business
