Turning up to a restaurant, first day meeting the team, first day of doing click and collect in lockdown and arriving to 50 cars waiting for food. The app had failed to put the limit on orders on and customers were desperate for their first click and collect meal. Had to stand on a wall and shout loudly that unfortunately we had run out of food …… I was not popular!
