The best was when I went from the service bar to the main bar and felt like I was having a better time that I’d ever had the other side and loved the buzz/
adrenaline and working alongside some incredible bartenders, full of flair, who taught me to make some very impressive cocktails. The guests had the best time and no one fell off the bar dancing! Result!
