[Mentor Interview] Charlotte Rebers, MSc, Customer Operations Team Leader At Rhinoceros Operations
It is so inspiring to get to know other talented individuals in hospitality, so we thought you would like to meet Charlotte Rebers, one of our amazing Otolo Mentors, who’s also worked a long way in companies like Disney World or The Landmark London Hotel! Today she is a Customer Operations Team Leader at gambling and entertainment company Rhinoceros Operations and on Otolo, Charlotte can help with Front Office Management, HR, and Training and Development.
Over the past decade, Charlotte lived and worked in many glamorous destinations like The Netherlands, France, the US, the UK, New Zealand, and Germany. She is a dedicated and passionate human being who loves everything about hotels, coaching people, and developing international relations. In her free time, she enjoys travelling and photography.
We wanted you to get to know Charlotte a bit better, so we asked her a few questions to understand her vision of hospitality.
Why do you think hospitality is a good career choice right now?
Hospitality will always be present and fight through anything. It is such a lively industry, allowing you to travel the world, work with different nationalities and most importantly helps you grow so much as a person. No day is ever the same in hospitality, so if you are looking for an exciting career with never-ending opportunities, this is the right career choice right now.
What advice would you share with younger people who just started a career in hospitality?
