I was Assistant Manager in a hotel on the Isle of Skye and got a call at night to say one of the hotel corridors was full of midges and thought it would be a good idea to attack them with fly spray, lots, of fly spray. I set off the fire alarm which meant the hotel needed to be evacuated. I never told anyone that I was the reason, especially not the fire brigade or the GM.

Running BOH for Hyde Park Calling, serving 20,000, 12 hours on expo screaming “Rock & Roll” for servers, making the team laugh and smile whilst smashing out banging burgers finishing up the day watching Chris Cornell of Soundgarden perform live with the team and a beer singing my lungs out, badly!
