I set up Otolo and built mentoring plans to give hospitality workers a chance to achieve their goals, in what I know to be the most rewarding industry. We've had a tough time over the last 18 months, and it's not over yet, but by working together and sharing knowledge, we can help hospitality thrive again'

Choosing a plan & getting set up

First thing's first... We need to know which plan you want. There are a couple of ways this can happen - you'll either be instructed which plan to select by your HR or leadership team , or have the free choice to pick the one you want Once that's done we'll be in touch with your Otolo account activation email so you can get into your account, start building your profile and register for one of our 'Welcome to Otolo' kick off events

Kicking off your Otolo Mentoring Plan

Once you've completed your set up, we'll send you the details of your plan and what you need to do You'll receive an email with 4-6 masterclasses, hand-picked by our team for the plan you selected and based on the info we gathered from the kick-off session and your Otolo profile. You can register to the masterclasses by heading to the events section on myotolo.com. Don't worry, we'll send you reminders when you have a class coming up

Find your flow, complete your plan & get certificated

At the end of your plan, you'll receive an official certificate of completion signed by James and the lead advisor But you need to earn it! Just showing up doesn't quite cut it here at Otolo. Half way through your plan you'll need to complete a short survey on your progress and again once its done. This combined with your attendance and feedback from our mentors is what we base your completion and awarding the certificate on
