Otolo is on the hunt for a passionate Partnership Manager to join our commercial team as we look to our next stages of growth.

Otolo is the new global community connecting people passionate for hospitality, on a mission to disrupt the way hospitality people develop, connect and grow their careers, with quality blended mentoring, career coaching and e-learning. At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has devastated operations, employees and customers of UK and global hospitality businesses, we founded an online mentoring service connecting hospitality students and early career professionals (mentees) with experienced industry leaders (mentors) who have seen, survived and performed in past crises and challenges.
We’ve grown over the last 12 months at great pace! We now have an online platform of 2000 members & 100 mentors offering:
- Community – a place to discuss, meet, inspire & learn with peers;
- Connections – matches with vetted mentors at events, 1 to 1 or group mentoring; &
- Courses – more formal programmes for those looking to achieve accreditation.
And we’re not stopping there! We recently won a significant 2-year UK grant to take our learning programmes, technology, and team to exciting new levels!

🖥️ A typical day at Otolo might look like:
- Own the Otolo B2B growth pipeline - Manage live discussions and relationships with customer and partner prospects across hospitality providers like hotels and restaurants, technology vendors and other potential partners for Otolo’s services
- Grow customer numbers and monthly revenues – by supporting proposal and solution development for customers in our pipeline to encourage trial and sign-up
- Manage accounts - Maintain regular contact with B2B partners from onboarding, and document needs, progress, feedback and requirements, using data and dashboards
- Lead the delivery of engaging and valuable client participant experience, utilising Otolo’s mentors, events, masterclasses, content, groups and other features
- Work across the Otolo team – especially marketing, events, mentoring, community and content to consistently improve B2B participant experiences and replicate what works and improve where necessary to develop a growing set of solutions we can replicate across new customers
🚀 You should apply if:
- You’re a proven seller, you’ll have previous experience working with a Sales Role – SDR, AE, AM & SM are all great!
- You’ll be an effective communicator with the ability to inform and influence our future and current partnerships
- You’ll be knowledgeable about all things; Hospitality, L&D and Mentoring.
- You’ll be able to drive numerous solutions and offerings which produce impact for each client individually

Most of our team are currently working remotely due to COVID-19 however, you will ideally be in a commutable distance to London for face-to-face work once our office reopens, although this won’t be too much (perhaps once a week!)
